I love Asian food! I have collected my favorite 15 Healthy Asian Food Recipes. Most of them Keto and Paleo compliant, and many of them can be made vegan friendly as well.

Why do I love Healthy Asian Recipes?

Growing up in China, Asian food is my cultural roots.

I learned cooking from my dad from a very young age.

And it was always fascinating to see that there are so many different styles and variations, and everything was always bursting with flavors.

Since I moved to America when I was 17, I have been missing the Chinese home cooking and authentic flavors, because a lot of the ingredients you can only get in China.

So I started experimenting with accessible and simple ingredients that are also suitable for many dietary needs.

I have made healthy twists on many of my parents’ authentic Chinese recipes and some of my other favorite Asian dishes.
