What an incredible and impactful experience at the Snowball Express put on by the Gary Sinise Foundation. Aston Carter volunteers recently spent time with military families who have endured the unimaginable loss of a loved one, and provided employment resources and opportunities for families in attendance. The event hosted over 750 Military families and 350 First Responder families across two weekends, providing a special time and place for them to connect with others who have felt similar experiences. Last week, 10 of Aston Carter’s women leaders, Kathleen Valenti, Bree Brown, Lacey Evans, Ashlynn Killam, Brittany Ostrander, Noel Petersen, Ellen Siegman, Becky Stevener, Kim Vasquez, and Chandra Wiezorek had the opportunity to to join 3,000+ others at the Women in Leadership Institute in Orlando, Florida.Linkage, a SHRM Company focuses its efforts on four critical strategies to help companies advance women leaders: culture, people, systems and processes, executive action, and leadership development for women.
