2024 Election Result: PM Narendra Modi's BJP is on its way to win all seven seats in Delhi.

New Delhi:

The BJP has won in three and leading the remaining four Lok Sabha seats in Delhi as of 9 pm on Tuesday, according to trends on the Election Commission (EC) website. The BJP's Praveen Khandelwal was initially trailing the Congress's Jai Prakash Agarwal in the Chandni Chowk seat but has won with a margin of 89,325 votes, data showed.

The BJP's New Delhi candidate Bansuri Swaraj has also won against Aam Aadmi Party's Somnath Bharti by a margin of 78,370. BJP registered a third win in South Delhi constituency, where Ramvir Singh Bidhuri won against AAP's Sahi Ram.

Counting of votes in the four other seats in Delhi are still in progress, however, the BJP has a comfortable lead in all of them.

The BJP's North-East Delhi candidate Manoj Tiwari, who is pitted against the Congress's Kanhaiya Kumar, was leading by a margin of 1,38,778 votes.

BJP West Delhi candidate Kamaljeet Sehrawat, who is up against AAP's Mahabal Mishra, was ahead by a margin of 1,96,573 votes, and the BJP's North-West Delhi candidate Yogender Chandoliya was leading by 2,90,849 votes against the Congress' Udit Raj, the data showed.

On the East Delhi seat, AAP's Kuldeep Kumar was trailing by a margin of 93,663 votes against the BJP's Harsh Malhotra.

The party had won all seven seats in Delhi in the 2014 and the 2019 general elections.

Delhi Lok Sabha Election Result 2024 - Leads At 5:30 pm

In Chandni Chowk constituency, BJP candidate Praveen Khandelwal is leading with 72,369 votes against Congress candidate Jai Prakash Agarwal.

In the East Delhi-3 constituency, the BJP's Harsh Malhotra is leading by 80,005 votes against the AAP's Kuldeep Kumar.

In the New Delhi constituency, BJP candidate Bansuri Swaraj is leading by a comfortable margin of 73,026 votes against AAP's Somnath Bharti. Bansuri Swaraj is the daughter of former Union minister Sushma Swaraj.

From north-east Delhi, incumbent BJP MP Manoj Tiwari is leading by a huge margin of 1,25,864 against Congress candidate Kanhaiya Kumar, who is a former Jawaharlal Nehru University Student's Union president.

In North West Delhi, the BJP's Yogendra Chandoliya is leading with 2,32,878 votes over Congress' Udit Raj.

In South Delhi, Ramvir Singh Bidhuri of the BJP is leading with 1,16,355 votes against AAP's Sahi Ram.

In West Delhi, the BJP's Kamaljeet Sehrawat is leading with 1,62,058 votes against the AAP's Mahabal Mishra.

As the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha polls is underway, the Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA crossed the majority mark in early leads and the INDIA bloc above 200, defying all exit poll predictions.
