That store is the best! Everyone is so nice and friendly and, most of all, helpful. What they printed was beautiful and looked perfect. We have printers, etc. at my office, but your team does a much better job than I would!! Also, I did get a receipt, but it didn't match any of the numbers you asked for. It was a PDF. I hope this team doesn't miss out on good reviews, because i really had to search to send this! They are the BEST!

The SF store on 2nd street is always clean, orderly and the people working there are really nice. They get a lot of work in there but are always very nice and helpful. I don’t ever take the time to do this, but this particular FedEx rocks. Their work does not go unnoticed.

I picked up the proposal and found an error I had made. They exchanged the page for me with no charge. They were so awesome, it was a woman, and I can’t remember her name. Then the next day, which was that Friday, I redid the entire thing because we changed quite a few of the pages it was done quickly, because then I had a huge deadline and so friendly and helpful. I have had several things done at the store as my office is across the street. They have never ever let me down. I’ve had signs printed, banners, anything you could ask for, they have done for me. They have also shipped things for me. This is by far the best store!

I entered the store, which was clean, fresh, professional and organized on a hot day and it was cool inside. I am a graphic designer, and been a Kinko's customer to many of the FedEx/Kinko's in SF, around the U.S., and it's been a lifesaver for me professionally while working for design and fortune 500 corporations, ... for over 25 years. The service I received at this location on this occasion FAR EXCEEDED any of the excellent service of all my years, and there have been many great instances. Cory & Marie were OUTSTANDING, with their stellar, kind and friendly engaging service, with the precision of their work in the deliverables requested, and were received better than I imagined. (and I'm picky down to the details!) They helped me problem solve on the fly, and managed the timing and delivery so well, that I could have choices and options. I returned for more prints and assistance the next day. I recommended my colleagues, friends and neighbors to be sure to go to that location in the future, even though other vendors are closer to our offices ... since the work was a complete success, and the experience with Cory and Marie was efficient, intelligent, warm and a true pleasure. I felt as though I met new trusted friends in the process! As a designer, I know how challenging it must be to deal with all customers, yet alone dealing in post pandemic circ*mstances as part of downtown, with changing projects and demands ... and I was impressed with their work ethic and quality. PLEASE GIVE THEM A RAISE AND KEEP THEM WITH YOUR COMPANY WITH YOUR BEST BENEFITS! It's tough to retain such energetic, dedicated and savvy staff that can manage so much with grace and a positive attitude! Thank you!! Well done!!
