Restores entire HP
Description
FullCure is a magic spell in Final Fantasy VII granted by the Full Cure Materia. The spell is only granted by the Materia once it reaches level 2. It fully restores the HP of a target, but cannot be paired with All.

Use[]
FullCure can be used by characters with the Full Cure Materia at level 2, meaning its Materia provides no effect aside from stat changes until it receives 3000 AP. The spell fully heals a character for all of their HP, and pierces Reflect. Its biggest drawbacks are that it cannot be paired with All, and that it has a large MP cost.
Though FullCure heals a character completely, in many cases, Cure3 is sufficient. FullCure can be used in dire situations when a character is very low on health to immediately restore them, though as the Magic stat of the character improves, Cure3 may be more than enough. X-Potion available in abundance from the enemies on Wutai island has the same effect without using up MP. Angel Whisper has the same effect coupled with status healing for lower MP cost, but it is acquired very late into the game.
