Making tofu for dinner just got a whole lot easier.

Tofu can be an intimidating ingredient to tackle. Jiggly, white, and fairly flavorless, turning it into an appetizing meal may seem a monumental task for inexperienced cooks. But there's one tofu on the market that even the most novice can easily make into a delicious meal — plus several team members here at Allrecipes and our sister brand EatingWell are in love with — and that's Nasoya's Organic Sprouted Super Firm Tofu.
Traditionally, tofu is packaged in water. This requires you to drain it and press it before you can begin marinating or cooking it. The Super Firm Tofu from Nasoya takes those steps out of the process, meaning you won't have to stand around waiting for your pile of cookbooks on top of a plate to press all the water from your tofu.
Vacuum-packed and already pressed, this product is an extra dense and chewy tofu that will hold up well to frying, baking, and sautéing. It's also a great introduction tofu to people who've never eaten it before and might be less enthused by a softer texture.
Tofu makes an excellent cholesterol-free and protein-packed alternative to meat. It's totally vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and made with no preservatives. So if you're looking to change up your weeknight protein choices, then look to something like Nasoya's Organic Sprouted Super Firm Tofu.
Our team members' favorite ways to cook it are marinating in teriyaki sauce and stir-frying with veggies, coating in barbecue sauce and baking, or crumbling and sautéing in chipotle seasoning before stuffing into tacos.
